About the library

Useful ideas.
Honest context.

A growing reference for people who want to understand work more clearly.

What this library is

ADM HR brings together employment-law explanations, workplace psychology and HR strategy. The articles are AI-assisted original editorial summaries, with links to official guidance, original research, authors’ institutions and publisher records. We are independent of the organisations and authors referenced.

Legal scope and dates

Legal guides show their jurisdiction, status and review date. Great Britain means England, Scotland and Wales; Northern Ireland has distinct rules. Some matters are UK-wide. The change tracker selects important developments but is not an exhaustive compliance service. Future dates and transitional provisions need checking. For a real dispute or decision, use current official guidance and appropriate professional advice.

Models are lenses, not laws

Historical influence is not the same as strong predictive evidence. Each model guide separates its core idea, our suggested application, an illustrative example and limitations. Named authors receive attribution. The examples are invented to explain an approach; they are not reported cases or research findings.

Original sketches

The diagrams are simple editorial interpretations. They compress details and are not reproductions of the authors’ original figures. Some group related ideas for readability. Downloadable SVGs remain sharp when enlarged and include attribution text. Always read the accompanying explanation before using a model.

A library that can grow

Guides and dictionary entries have stable addresses. Corrections should be recorded with a date and a clear explanation; superseded material can be archived without breaking links. This edition was reviewed on 20 September 2026. No automatic update schedule has been enabled for this HR site.

Your reading preferences

Saved guides are stored only in this browser. They are not an account or synchronised reading list. The branding studio offers local previews; publishing a site-wide theme requires the owner’s login. Essential owner-session cookies are used for that function.
